The Steps for Your Remodeling Project
Free In-Home Consultation
You’ll meet our owner to go through your project details, including ideas, budgeting, and scheduling. We’ll show you previous projects we’ve done to better understand your style and goals. In the end, we explain the design and build process to you and answer any other questions you may have.
Project Prep and Design
Once you approve the designs and layouts, we help you select the right materials and finishes for your project. We work with Chicago’s largest and most knowledgeable building suppliers and stores to find the materials you want at discounted prices.
Project Management
We will take all necessary measures to protect and respect your home during remodeling. We obtain all necessary permits and complete all work up to code. Our project manager oversees all aspects of your remodeling and can answer all your questions while providing progress updates.
Punch List and Final Walkthrough
As your project finishes, we make sure you are satisfied with all our work. Our project manager will visit your home for a final walkthrough and to answer any questions as we apply the finishing touches to your project. We also provide a punch list regarding repairs and incomplete work items remaining that will be completed before your project is concluded.
